The hotel is big, modern, and offers great service. the room was new-fashioned, functional, with nice beds. Every staff member was incredibly nice and super-friendly.

Stylish place for short stay and amazingly great staff. Reasonably spacious, new-fashioned rooms with a bunker bed and coffee/tea, as example, favourable position.

Comfortable stay overall. the breakfast here is awesome - they've got fresh-squeezed orange juice and even cookies for a sweet touch! 🍪.

Very varied breakfast. Located right in the city centre, you can start right away in Norrköping. Small snacks and free coffee at the reception.

Room service after the first night rather a failure. Towels were not replaced although they were lying on the floor. Soap was missing. Coffee and tea were not refilled. Didn't change even after getting all the stuff at the reception, the next day the same problem.

All around a very good stay, walking distance to the station approx. 15 minutes, well located in the centre, central place, always happy to come back

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was nice and absolutely charming. Excellent location, so close to local pubs, major attractions, and restaurants, bars, and shopping locations. the tapas restaurant and downstairs bar were also available.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with basic amenities such as ironing table and hair dryer. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location in the central business area was ideal, making it easy to explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a delightful touch.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are clean, bright, and seem to have been recently refurbished, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide range of options including freshly squeezed orange juice and a variety of hot beverages.

Everything was just fine.

The breakfast was good. I also appreciated the children's playroom and the nice gesture of giving all children an ice-cream (although tiny).

The room was extremely hot during the night, and the street very noisy (even though a thursday night) so unfortunately we couldn't open the windows. I stayed in a "family-room" with my two children which was a very small room with a double-bed and an extra bed with an extremely thin mattress. When I called to ask for an extra mattress I had to fetch it in the reception in the other end of the hotel, which meant I had to bring the kids (in pyjama and half asleep) which was rather inconvenient.

The family room has a separate room for our son. Our son liked breakfast.

Information regarding where to park was not clear. We got a parking ticket when parked on the street outside the hotel when we had a valid parking ticket displayed. The car was parked just behind the disabled parking bays on the right as you come out of the hotel. It would have helped if there had been a notice in the hotel room saying where you could park.
